 Cathi
Boswell, a
native born Texan, has been a professional
voice over talent since 1998. Getting a
bachelor of arts degree in theatre in the
early 80's led her to the world of voice overs
when she trained with several acting coaches
in the Dallas area, including her beloved
theatre professor, Dr. Ralph Culp at the
University of North Texas who helped her lose
her twangy Texas accent.
She went on to
pursue her love of acting and did many
television and commercial projects before she
moved to Nashville, TN.
She put acting
on the back-burner to be a full-time mother to
her two children for the next several
years. When they were old enough, she
contemplated going back into the business and
quickly found work. She stumbled upon a
voice over class being held in a beautiful
Nashville studio taught by Lyndie White-Wenner
and fell in love with voice acting
again.
